Two fine bands with beads threaded between them. The beads turn in place under the thumb, and because the band is open at the back you can reach them without taking the ring off or turning it round.
Open and adjustable, so there is nothing to measure. Ease it on and squeeze it gently until it sits where you want it.
Four beads is the quieter version. Ten fills the band and gives the thumb somewhere to go in either direction.

How do I adjust it?
Ease it on and squeeze the band gently until it sits where you want it. Hands rather than pliers, and open it no wider than you need to.
Four beads or ten?
Four is the quieter version with a short run. Ten fills the band, so there is a bead under your thumb wherever it lands.
Can I reach the beads with it on?
Yes. The band is open at the back, so you can turn the beads without taking the ring off or spinning it round.
Will it look like a fidget ring?
No. Every piece here is made as jewelry first. The movement is built into a plain band, so it reads as a ring on the hand and nothing about it announces what it is for.
How do I get the fit right?
